Coconut Cookies
Step-By-Step
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1.)
Before starting, make sure you have all of your ingredients:

1 Cup of Butter (creamed)

2 Cups of Powdered Sugar

3 Eggs
-
2 Tbsp of Milk
-
2 Cups of Coconut
-
2 1/2 Cups of Flour
-
1 Tsp of Baking Powder
-
A pan and Parchment Paper
-
(Optional) Milk Chocolate

While preheating, combine butter, sugar, eggs, and milk, then cream together. Set aside.

Combine flour and baking powder. Add and combine dry mixture to cream mixture.

Add the coconut, and mix well.

5.)
Line cookie sheet/pan with parchment paper, then spoon cookies onto the pan evenly.

6.)
Place the cookies into the oven, and let bake for 12 minutes, or until edges lightly brown.
7.)
When finished in the oven, take the pan out, and let cookies cool completely.
8.)
After cookies have cooled, you can either enjoy right away, or add melted chocolate (melt chocolate in the microwave for about 10 second intervals, stirring in between, then drizzle over cookies.)
