Note: According to Universal Orlando's Online Sharing Policy, I as a Team Member cannot share "...Any non-public, confidential proprietary information, such as trade secrets, inventions, strategies, development of attractions, shows and/or characters, financial information, products, pricing, know-how and technology..." including "...video or photographs of such non-public, confidential segments of our business taken behind the scenes." (Univeral Orlando Resort Team Member Handbook, page 26). I could not share any actual copies of projects from my internship. However, I have included brief descriptions and "outlines" to show a glimpse of what I worked on as an intern.

Below are examples of flyers and infographics I created during my internship.
Roadmap to Management
Used Photoshop to create an informational flyer to be posted around shops for technicians. Features a "road" with various positions, all increasing in pay-grade. Over each position includes a blurb on ways to get to the next position. All of the elements were created in photoshop (except for a graphic of a compass in the background). Collected information from my manager.

Created an infographic in Powerpoint educating Team Members on the Risk Assessment process. It starts at the top by explaining parties needing to be involved and ends in listing next-step actions. All steps "zig-zag" down the infographic All of the elements were created in PowerPoint (except for a tool and paper graphic inserted at the top). Collected information from my manager and Environment Health & Safety department.

Department Volunteer Flyer
Created a flyer in Powerpoint to be posted around shops and office educating Team Members on an upcoming volunteer project. Each box would resemble a "notepad" containing information on an upcoming project. All elements were made in PowerPoint (except for NBC's volunteer logo) for easy editing in the future. Collected information from my manager and Project Leader.

Matthew's Paint Class
Used Photoshop to create a photo collage of technicians at a painting class. I created all art elements in Photoshop, but the pictures were taken by a coworker.

Power Hours Flyer
A flyer was used to inform technicians of upcoming leadership "power hour" classes. It was posted around tech shops and office. The graphics that looked like "paint" splatter were exported from online, but rest of the elements were created in Word. Collected information from my manager.
